Her fifteenth birthday is coming up so (with the help of advice I got here), I bought her:

Guy Garvriel Kay's - The Lions of Al-Rassan & The last Light of the Sun
China Mieville's - Perdidio Steet Junction
Le Guin's - A Wizard of Earthsea & Tales from Earthsea
Kingsolver's - Prodical Summer
Nevada Barr's - High Country

Have you read all of these?
I havn't actually read any of those, although I have The Lions of Al-Rassan on my bookshelf, and Mieville and Kingslover are near the top of my TBR list.

(I'd dearly love to see a photo of your TBR pile!)
Heh :D Over half of the books on my shelves are still to be read - I have to stop buying them, but it's just so fun looking at the bookshelf and seeing all the goodies you have in store for you. Sometimes I spend almost an hour just browsing through my bookcase and flipping through the books I have to read. I love the smell and look of new books :D

The Wandering Unicorn-Manuel Mujuca Lainez

The Reading Group Handbook-David Laskin & Holly Huges

I still have 100 Years of Solitude to start, and I need to finish The Rice Mother. Since I didn't have much time to read yesterday or today...I may be tied up for awhile!

I received The Magician's Guild by Trudi Canavan from a book trading site that I visit. It looks like I'm going to have to buy another bookcase, because this one is filling up pretty fast :D

I just got The Lovely Bones By Alice Sebold it was a bargain and cost me £1.50 in a little card shop :D

Today I went in the library to take some books back, and came out with...none.

Can't remember the last time that happened.
