One of the worst times was when I read some six or seven Anne Rice books in a row I almost developed a serious allergy for witches and vampires. I would avoid everything that had anything to do with blood ....urghh

I am really glad there will be a new book in Lyra´s multiverse but im sorry it wont be about her. The fact is I think there was no way P.P. could have continued with Lyras adventures I mean the end of The Amber Spyglass the trilogy was complete and closed, noting left unsaid.

Series Sickness??? I call this the series sickness but that is just coz I dont know a better name for it :o . You finish a great book and you cant wait to read the next one. Now imagine - your bookshop is slow and hasn´t got it yet, or worse the book isn´t out yet, or the total nightmare...

Im reading The Game of Thrones . Its a great book but I started reading it right after Bone Dolls Twin (that I loved) so TGoT doesnt seem to fit to my mood.I guess if started reading it right after one of Callvells books I´d have loved it.

Thanks I will look into that ... I read only the Farseer triligy sofar - hated it towards the end of the third book - I mean Fitz doing all for duty and ending up like that... But I imediately ordered the Tawny man trilogy ... so I guess that speaks for everything. I guess Im hoping Fitz...

Well you have a point there - but how cliché is that ? It juset seems like a rough ending for what was originally a children book - I know it is geting darker with every new book so we cant realy know what to expect - but still I WANT Harry to survive and see book 8 ...
