I've got my belly button and my nose pierced. I'm going this coming weekend to get my first tattoo. I'm going to get a dove on my left front hip. I'm really excited because I've wanted one for a very long time. :D
Ok... I just want to say that I love love love the word "skulked." I think it's different than "injunction" because when you hear "skulked" you can kind of understand the action that goes along with it. So, I think you should keep "skulked" because it's awesome.

Hey there!
Info about my group. I've just moved it from Yahoo to MSN because you can have a more personalized website. The website is still under construction, but it's looking good so far. If you joined, you'd be my first new members. I want to get this group as big as my yahoo group was...
Ok then. The major question is just a matter of.... "I wouldn't have understood this word at the age of 11." When you wrote an "injunction against the corporation"... the exact phrase escapes me, but the word was injunction. I even asked seven of my gymnastics students yesterday, all aged...
Elyse= my name that my mother got from "Somewhere in Time," Miss Elise McKinna if there are any christopher reeves enthusiasts out there.
Was just going to use "Elyse" but it was already taken. Tacked on Mac because it's the first part of my last name. Left out the clan name though in case...
I received a Harry Potter coloring book just yesterday from my aunt as a going back to college gift... hee hee. And it had free tatoos in it. So, me and my two cousins (one is 19 like me and the other is 15) we covered my four year old cousin with harry potter tatoos. Needless to say that her...
This is in reponse to Leckert. Who I was... was a much happier person, much more outgoing and opinionated... the I learned the whole "self-worth" lesson. Just to clarify, so that you don't ask again... The self worth lesson is where you learn that you are "worth" more than what you originally...
What do I like to read?! Well, I'll be honest, I'm up to try anything once. I like historical fiction, 18th cent. literature, horror, sci fi and fantasy... it depends on my mood at the moment. I'm currently majoring in literature with a concentration on 18th and 19th Brit. Lit. So, I'm...
Ha Ha! Ok... damn. I quit with the mushy stuff. I'm just such a GIRL!!!!
And if I say that I didn't get hugged enough as a child... do you think I'll get some hugs???!!!! :D
Actually... I went with my father. He and my mother got divorced after thirty years of marriage and they are both back in the dating scene. He cried at the end... but that could also be because he's 60 and sentimental. Heh. I liked it pretty good myself, but Diane Lane is just so beautiful and...
Oh, this post is definitely for me! I have a web group that I manage based on the lost art of letter writing. We do a pen pal swap, have sections on Emily Post's instructions on "how to write letters," stationary and pen links. Oh... I just love writing letters. I write to everyone on beautiful...
My favorite year in school... freshman year of college. I was so depressed about living in this insanely close minded town. I went to Young Harris College and discovered who I was.
Question: Does anyone remember ever pissing their pants in grade school?
I don't know if you'd call it "super hero" ability, however, I'd like to be able to fight like the characters in the Matrix. I'm a puny girl who has absolutely no strength and gets lets people be rude to her all time!
I'd like to kick a little ass myself.
Cheers
I would just like to say a word of thanks to everyone on this forum, whether you've replied to any of my posts or not. I have been to many book discussions and this is first place I've been that replies to my opinions haven't been rude, or even bordered on negative. Everyone here is so positive...
Gem,
Great story so far. I've always been interested in children's literature and this seems to be, at first glance, a book I would give to my child.
At the very beginning you had me thinking of Lemony Snicket, but like geniviv said, the twist of the "mystery-son" gave it a look of it's...
