Pictures of your book collection

It means 'To The Top', SFG75. No idea why the thread would be bumped without actual contribution. And I can't delete the bump because it's now been effectively bumped by the three of us.

OK, I'll contribute. Here's the part of my library that lives in the office:

And here's another small bookshelf and reading nook, also in the office:

There are also bookshelves in the dining room, living room, our daughter's room (they house her books) and one pie safe filled with books in the kitchen.

I need a bigger house :(

Here's the bookcase in the bedroom. Each shelf of paperbacks has another stack behind it.

There is another bookcase in the basement and a couple boxes of books in my closet. My wife has clothes in her closet, I have books. :D

I've added photos of my Austin book collection (I have more at my mother's house in San Antonio in my old room). They're in my photo album here on B&R.

Here's my favorite shelf. :p

Oh, interesting post this one.

I was thinking about taking a pic of my bookcase but it's an insignificant one, with the only 49 books I've read plus other non-literature books, Law books.

You people read a lot LOL.

Nice book collections you got.

Ok, here's one of my shelves:

Next books on my pile:

There is another shelf on the wall opposite the door but because it is too near to the door I can't open the door completely. Neiter do I have the possibilty to take a picture.
Another shelf is over the door.

12 boxes of books are stored in the garage. :D

I'm glad it's not only my shelf that looks messy. :)

My fiance has this theory that Lee Iacocca's autobiography is the most readily available book at any thrift store and once he shared this, we ended up with almost 40 copies

I have that David Sedaris book!

That's awesome!

 He's quite the character. Also, neither of us have read any of those nearly 40 copies :whistling:

That David Sedaris book is one I was borrowing from irishclover actually, I only own Me Talk Pretty One Day

Here's who is looking at you kid.

Now that you guys mention it, goodwill does have a ton of copies of that book.

Sparky: Doughboy To GI?

Yeah, it is a reference book for American Army uniforms and accoutrement from 1918 to 1941. I picked it up to help ID some badges and buttons I picked up. Plus the book itself is fairly collectible.
